Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum order value required.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days across India. This includes order processing time and transit time.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Payment Method
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available yet.
Delays
While we work to meet our stated timelines, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you informed via email if this happens.

Return Policy
Exchange Window
Exchanges are open for 7 days from delivery, for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products
- Wrong product received
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
- Unused
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Dust bag included
- Free of any signs of wear
Damaged Products
Got a damaged piece? Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ellobell.in with:
- Your order number
- An unboxing video
- Photos of the damage
Once verified, we'll replace the product at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy

We process refunds only in these cases:
- The product can't be replaced
- The exact item is no longer available for a replacement
- The order is cancelled before it's dispatched

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Shop Pay via Razorpay's secure checkout, with EMI also available. We're currently accepting prepaid orders only to ensure faster processing and secure delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
Check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still don't see it, email us at hello@ellobell.in with your name and phone number used at checkout, and we'll confirm your order status.

What's your exchange policy?
Exchanges are open for 7 days from delivery for manufacturing defects, damaged products, or wrong product received. The product must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and dust bag intact.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ellobell.in with your order number, an unboxing video, and photos of the damage. Once verified, we'll replace it at no extra cost.
When will I get my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Product Care
How do I clean my beaded/embroidered bag?
Spot clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking, machine washing, or using harsh chemicals, as this can damage the beadwork and embroidery. Store in the dust bag when not in use.
Are your bags handmade?
Yes, all our bags are handmade. Bamboo and Raffia bags are shaped and finished by hand, while our beaded and embroidered styles feature detailed handwork in every bead and stitch.
